At first you need to install and activate the TP Framework Plugin
- Log into your Joomlas admin backend
- Click to > System > Extensions >Upload Package File
- Select the ZIP (plg_tp_framework.zip) file from your harddisk
- Activate the Plugin: System > Plugins > Search TP > Activate the Plugin shown below
